Optimum Life Innovations (OLI Corporation)
Version 5.2 · Effective July 22, 2026
This English text is an informational translation. The Spanish version is the authoritative one and prevails in case of discrepancy (Terms §12.6).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Sonave web application, operated by Optimum Life Innovations (OLI Corporation) (“we”, “the Company”). By using Sonave, you accept these Terms in full.
Sonave is an emotional-wellbeing web application that uses artificial intelligence to recommend personalized music based on the emotional state the user voluntarily describes. The service includes music recommendations, brief mental exercises (breathing, grounding, reflection) and links to third-party streaming platforms.
Sonave is not a medical service. The music recommendations and exercises provided are general wellbeing tools only and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or clinical, psychological or psychiatric advice of any kind.
The service does not replace care from mental-health professionals. If you experience a severe emotional crisis, thoughts of harming yourself or others, seek professional help immediately. Sonave shows local crisis lines based on your country and directs you to professional resources when it detects signs of severe distress.
The detection of signs of severe distress is a support feature and does not guarantee identifying every case; it does not replace professional judgment.
To use Sonave you must be at least 18 years old. When registering, you must expressly confirm that you meet this requirement.
Sonave is not directed at minors, and we do not intentionally collect data from persons under 18. If we become aware that a person under that age has created an account, we will delete it along with the associated data without delay. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a minor in your care has created an account, write to us at sonave@oli-corp.com.
When creating an account you agree to:
If you register through an external provider (Google), you authorize that provider to share with Sonave the basic profile information needed to create your account (name and email address), as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.1 Available Plans. Sonave offers three subscription plans. A valid payment method is requested at registration for whichever plan you choose.
| Plan | Most regions | High-income regions | Free trial | First charge |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | $0.99 USD/wk | $1.99 USD/wk | None | At registration |
| Monthly | $4.99 USD/mo | $9.99 USD/mo | 7 days | Day 8 |
| Annual | $28.99 USD/yr | $57.99 USD/yr | 7 days | Day 8 |
Prices are assigned according to the region where the user is located, reflecting purchasing-power differences between markets. All users located in any Member State of the European Union, as well as in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, receive exactly the same price, with no distinction between countries, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council on measures against unjustified geo-blocking. Location is determined approximately from the IP address. If it cannot be determined, the accessible price applies.
The Monthly and Annual plans include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is requested up front, but no charge is made during the first 7 days. If you do not cancel before day 8, the amount of the chosen plan is automatically charged and the subscription renews automatically (weekly, monthly or annually depending on the plan) until you cancel. The Weekly plan has no free trial: the charge is made at registration.
Before confirming payment, the app clearly and visibly shows: (1) that it is an auto-renewing subscription, (2) the exact amount and billing frequency, (3) the date of the first charge, and (4) how to cancel. You must explicitly accept these terms before starting the subscription or the free trial.
Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights recognizes a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services contracts. By accepting the immediate start of the Service (including the immediate charge of the Weekly plan, or use of the Service during the free-trial period of the Monthly and Annual plans), you acknowledge and expressly consent that this right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has begun to be provided with your prior and express consent, as permitted by Article 16 of that Directive.
To ensure service quality and prevent automated abuse, each plan has a daily recommendation limit: Weekly up to 10/day, Monthly up to 30/day, Annual up to 50/day. During the free trial, the limit is 5 recommendations/day. These limits are far above normal usage and do not affect the regular experience.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe’s Terms of Service. Sonave does not store your card data — it is handled directly and exclusively by Stripe under its security standards.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account portal. If you cancel during the free trial (before day 8), you are not charged. If you cancel after a charge, you keep access until the end of the period already paid. The cancellation process is as simple as subscribing: it is completed from your account portal in a couple of steps, with no need to contact us or give any explanation.
By using Sonave, you agree not to:
Sonave, its brand, logo, design and code are property of OLI Corporation. Linked music belongs to its respective artists and streaming platforms. Sonave does not reproduce or host music — it only recommends and links to third-party services (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Deezer, among others).
Sonave is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLI Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Recommendations are wellbeing suggestions, not guarantees of an emotional or therapeutic outcome.
The limitations set out in this Section shall not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where applicable law does not permit the limitation or exclusion of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OLI Corporation, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) misuse of the Service; or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time, notifying users at least 30 days in advance of material changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws provisions, consistent with the place of incorporation of OLI Corporation.
Before initiating formal legal action, you and OLI Corporation agree to attempt to resolve any dispute related to these Terms through binding arbitration administered by a recognized commercial arbitration center, seated in New Castle County, Delaware, or remotely where the center’s rules allow. You may opt out of this arbitration mechanism within 30 days of your acceptance of these Terms by notifying us in writing at sonave@oli-corp.com; in that case, any dispute will be resolved before the courts described in Section 11.3.
This arbitration clause shall not be enforceable against consumers residing in jurisdictions whose legislation prohibits or limits mandatory pre-dispute arbitration in consumer contracts, including, without limitation, Brazil.
Any dispute not resolved through the described arbitration mechanism, or for which you have validly opted out of that mechanism, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
Where you reside in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection legislation grants you non-waivable rights that cannot be modified by agreement between the parties — including, where applicable, the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence — those rules shall prevail over this Section to the extent they apply.
12.1 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of OLI Corporation. OLI Corporation may assign this contract, in whole or in part, in the context of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring or sale of assets, with notice of such assignment.
12.2 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for failures arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental acts, widespread Internet-infrastructure failures, or interruptions of third-party providers (including Supabase, Stripe and Anthropic) not attributable to OLI Corporation’s negligence.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted to reflect as closely as possible the parties’ original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.4 No Waiver. OLI Corporation’s failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OLI Corporation regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreement, written or oral, on the same matter.
12.6 Language. These Terms are originally written in Spanish. Where versions in other languages exist for informational purposes, the Spanish version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.
13.1 Free Trial (Monthly and Annual Plans). If you cancel before the 7-day free-trial period ends, you are not charged.
13.2 Monthly Subscription. If you are not satisfied with your monthly subscription, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days after the first charge. After that period, the current month’s charge is non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.
13.3 Annual Subscription. For annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days after the charge. After that period, you may request a prorated refund for the full unused months, deducting the monthly-plan equivalent for the months already used.
13.4 Weekly Plan. Given its low cost and short cycle, the Weekly plan is non-refundable once charged. You can cancel anytime to avoid the next week’s renewal.
13.5 How to Request a Refund. To request a refund, write to sonave@oli-corp.com with your account email and the reason. We process requests within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
Sonave shows emotional-support lines based on your country. If you experience a crisis, do not rely solely on the app — contact a professional or your country’s line directly. For countries not listed, Sonave directs you to findahelpline.com, a verified international directory of crisis lines.
For questions, refunds or any legal matter related to these Terms, contact us at sonave@oli-corp.com.

Address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware, 19713, United States (New Castle County). Registered agent: Legalinc Corporate Services Inc.
Optimum Life Innovations (OLI Corporation) (“we”, “the Company”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through the Sonave web application, how we use it and, above all, what we do not store.
YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE IS NEVER STORED IN OUR DATABASE. When you tell Sonave how you feel, that text is processed in the moment to generate your recommendation and is discarded right away. No table in our database stores your emotional state associated with your identity, nor reconstructs your emotional history over time. It is an architectural decision, not a setting: the data has nowhere to be stored.
What happens to that text outside our database. To generate the recommendation, the text is sent to the Anthropic (Claude) API, our artificial-intelligence provider. Anthropic does not use that data to train its models. It may retain the request for a limited period, generally no longer than 30 days, for security and abuse-prevention purposes. That request does not include your name, email or account identifier.
What we do keep and for how long. In Section 3 you will find exactly what data we keep and where; in Section 4, for how long and what we do with it.
Sole (anonymous) exception: to measure and improve service quality, we keep an aggregated, fully anonymous technical log (without your name, email or user identifier) that includes a general emotion category (e.g. “positive” or “negative”), the language and the response latency. This log cannot identify you or link an emotion to your person.
The emotional state you voluntarily describe to receive a recommendation may constitute information related to mental health, a category of data that most data-protection laws treat with special care. For that reason, Sonave processes that data under the legal basis of explicit consent: by describing your emotional state to receive a recommendation, you grant that consent expressly, and the data is used exclusively to generate the recommendation, being discarded immediately without being linked to your identity.
For the rest of the data described in Section 3 (account, preferences, subscription), the legal basis is performance of the service contract between you and Sonave. For communications related to security and abuse prevention, the legal basis is the Company’s legitimate interest.
To determine the price applicable to your region we use your approximate location, derived from the IP address you connect from. This data is used solely at the moment of showing you the prices and is neither stored nor linked to your account. The legal basis for this processing is the Company’s legitimate interest in applying market-differentiated pricing.
| Data | Purpose | Where stored |
|---|---|---|
| Name and email | Create and manage your account | Supabase |
| Favorite artists and genres | Personalize recommendations | Supabase |
| Preferred language | Show the app in your language | Supabase |
| Saved (“anchor”) songs | Your personal library | Supabase |
| Subscription status | Manage your payment plan | Supabase + Stripe |
| Usage streak (active days) | Retention and motivation | Supabase |
| Anonymous metrics (no identity) | Measure service quality | Supabase |
| Approximate country (by IP) | Show your region’s price | Not stored — momentary use |
| Payment data | Process subscription | Stripe only — never in Sonave |
What data we do NOT collect:
Your account data is stored in Supabase, on servers physically located in the East US region (North Virginia, us-east-1). AI processing is performed via the Anthropic (Claude) API, with servers in the United States. Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc.
Anthropic, Sonave’s AI provider, does not by default use data sent through its commercial API to train its models. Requests are retained for a limited period, generally no longer than 30 days, for security and abuse-prevention purposes. That request does not include your name, email or account identifier.
OLI Corporation does not sell or share your personal data for third-party advertising purposes.
By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of the minimum data necessary to the United States, where our infrastructure providers are located. For users in the European Union, this transfer is carried out under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, approved pursuant to Article 46 of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679). For users in the United Kingdom, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office International Data Transfer Addendum is used, in accordance with the UK Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. For users in Switzerland, the mechanism recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner is used, in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection.
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify the competent data-protection authorities and affected users within a maximum of 72 hours from becoming aware of the incident, in accordance with Article 33 of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent standards in other jurisdictions.
Sonave allows sign-in via Google. By doing so, you authorize that provider to share with Sonave the basic profile information (name and email address) needed to create your account; Sonave does not receive or store your password for that service. OLI Corporation complies with the requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Sonave uses cookies and browser local storage strictly necessary for the operation of the Service (user session, language preferences, authentication). We do not use advertising-tracking cookies nor share data with advertising networks. As strictly necessary cookies, they do not require the prior consent demanded by European e-privacy rules for non-essential cookies.
Sonave is available only to persons aged 18 or older. When registering you expressly confirm that you meet that requirement.
We do not intentionally collect personal data from persons under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under that age, we will delete that information and the associated account without delay. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a minor in your care has created an account, write to us at sonave@oli-corp.com and we will proceed to delete it.
11.1 General Rights. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to sonave@oli-corp.com. We will respond within a maximum of 1 month for users subject to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (extendable by 2 additional months in complex cases), 15 days for users subject to Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and up to 45 days (extendable by 45 additional days) for users subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. For all other users, we will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
11.2 Specific Rights under California Law. If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to: (a) know which categories of personal information, including sensitive personal information, we collect and for what purpose; (b) limit the use of your sensitive personal information; (c) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights, including denial of access to the Service or charging different prices; and (d) know that OLI Corporation does not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
11.3 Legal Basis under Brazilian Law. For users subject to Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law, processing is based on the data subject’s consent (for the described emotional state), performance of contract and legitimate interest, as applicable, pursuant to Article 7 of that law.
11.4 Mandatory Local Rules. Where you reside in a jurisdiction that recognizes data-protection rights additional to those listed in this Policy, those rights shall equally apply to you, even where they are not individually described in this document.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify significant changes by email or within the app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
